Nationwide Trustmark Accredited Retrofit Assessors working to PAS 2035:2019.
The introduction of the PAS 2035 standards framework has led to a whole house approach when upgrading the energy measures of a property, in line with the government's pledge to achieve net zero by 2050.
Our national panel of Trustmark accredited assessors collect important information on a property using industry leading software designed by Core Logic. This data is then shared with a Retrofit Coordinator and installer to create an installation design and improvement plan unique to each individual property.
Our team of professional assessors spend around 90 minutes in a property, collecting data and photographs on construction, current energy measures and ventilation. Our assessors have also completed the NOCN_C Skills Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings.
