Our independent and detailed inventory reports document the condition of your rental property and its contents. It is advised to have an inventory completed prior to a new tenant moving in and again at the end of the tenancy, providing both landlord and tenant with a legal benchmark should any deposit disputes arise. Landlords may also request a mid-tenancy inspection.
Using the latest technology, our inventory clerks create a multimedia report documenting the condition of each room along with fixtures and fittings, accompanied by detailed descriptions. The report is shared electronically so both landlord and tenant can comment and sign the document.
